Toshiba M10-S3411 Review: Toshiba Tecra M10-S3411 14.1-Inch Widescreen Laptop (Titanium Silver). Ordered the item through Amazon which they had inadvertently listed wrong, and the vendor was Beach Camera. Beach shipped a printer instead. Then I had to go through the process of return - Return Authorization, Shipping, etc. Amazon apologized for their mistake, and offered to pay for the shipping back to Beach.
