The TV arrived with a defective remote control but a call to Philips got a new one on the way and it arrived quickly. Once the remote issue was resolved, the setup was fast and easy and the picture quality is great. Once the filters were setup, the sound is very good but best sound will be obtained with a good set of external speakers.
