I bought this because i wanted a biometric safe that had a key backupIf you've looked, there are only a few that fit this bill.I've had it for about 3months.I chose this model b/c there are no reports of the locking mechanism failing, unlikea main competitor.The safe was sold out on the manufacturer's website, at retail price. Delivery off Amazon wasno problem.Registration of two fingerprints was simple, and the device is pretty reliable.It is not 100% reliable on the first read, probably more like 75%, a second attempt willalways ...
