Magic Chef MCIM30SST Review: Magic Chef Icemaker Stainless Steel ($250). I've been through many portable ice makers, some of which were more expensive than this one. In the past 3 or 4 years I've had 6 ice makers. I'm currently using three, and two of them are the this Magic Chef.After using the Magic Chef daily for over a year, I purchased a second one because it seemed reliable and I have not had the same issues with this brand/design that I'd had with previous brands I've used.
